Return & Refund Policy
At Mountain Markdown, all products are printed and fulfilled on demand, custom made just for you. Because of this, we do not offer direct exchanges for sizing, color, or style changes. If you’d like to order a different item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
2. Eligibility for Return
Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging, if available
- Full-priced (non-sale) items only
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size or fit
- Buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders
- Minor print color or placement variation due to the on-demand production process
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you must return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for the transaction to be processed by your financial institution.
